¼ cup butter or margarine, melted
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup flour
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
Measure out starter into bowl. Cream together butter and sugar; mix with starter. Mix together flour, baking soda and salt. Add to sourdough mixture.
Spread in a well greased 8" square glass dish. Bake at 350 about 20-25 min. Do not overbake. Makes 16 brownies.
To double: Bake in 9x13 pan.
